Job Description:
Crown Point Country Club, a thriving destination for casual family-friendly dining, is in a phase of exciting growth. We’re seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our collaborative and professional culinary team.
The Crown Point team places a strong emphasis on collaboration in every aspect, prioritizing the satisfaction of our patrons as our ultimate objective. We provide a fantastic environment for both our employees and customers, and preserving that positive atmosphere is of utmost importance to us!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality food, adhering to presentation and safety standards.
- Prepare everyday menu items and craft daily specials and soups.
- Cook food items on the line during service hours, including occasional banquets for tournaments, private parties, etc.
- Collaborate with the team for a smooth kitchen operation.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvement and creative presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
